Adolescent Therapy
The adolescent brain is going through so many changes as it continues to develop. Your teens moods can shift rapidly as they are relying more on a part of the brain that is associated with emotions and impulses. In addition, during the teen years there is the development of identity complied with the pressures of today’s world.
You and your teen are balancing a lot during this stage. Counseling can provide an outlet for your teenager to discover better ways to self-regulate, explore their emotions, and further work on identity development.
